1920s Queen Nefertiti radiator ornament

Aftermarket radiator mascots were popular in the Twenties. So was interest in ancient Egyptian art. This mascot of Queen Nefertiti combines both. It would probably have been nickel plated. One know-all at this car show was overheard saying: “Oh, that’s Tutankhamun.”
